Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and proactive Business Operations & Management Executive to work closely with senior management and handle business operations, client coordination, vendor management, and management support activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend and coordinate business & client meetings.
- Handle client communication and negotiations.
- Manage vendors and external business partners.
- Coordinate daily business operations and follow-ups.
- Support management with scheduling, meetings, travel, and administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.




- Travel when required for client/business meetings.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Vendor management and coordination.
- Good MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working closely with senior management in a PA/EA capacity.
- Willingness to travel as required.
