About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and ambitious SEO Executive with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and a strong interest in the latest developments in AI and digital marketing.

The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of SEO fundamentals, be comfortable working with different SEO tools, and be keen to continuously learn, experiment, and stay updated with the latest Google, AI, and search industry updates.

We are looking for someone who is highly driven, takes ownership, works with urgency, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and manage On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO activities across assigned websites.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, SERP analysis, and content gap analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor and improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, conversions, and overall search visibility.
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to identify technical issues, indexing/crawling problems, content gaps, and optimization opportunities.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, breadcrumbs, and overall site architecture.
- Develop and execute off-page SEO and backlink-building strategies to improve website authority and rankings.
- Research, evaluate, and acquire high-quality, relevant backlinks through guest posting, link insertions, digital outreach, niche edits, PR campaigns, and other ethical link-building methods.
- Manage a monthly backlink-building budget of up to $500, including prospecting, negotiating placements, allocating budget, monitoring spend, and evaluating the quality and performance of acquired links.




- Plan and execute URL redirects (301/302), redirect mapping, canonicalization, and URL restructuring while minimizing SEO impact.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search developments, AI Overviews, LLMs, AEO/GEO, and emerging changes in search behavior.
- Use SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms for research, audits, analysis, and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO.
- Solid understanding of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Keyword Research, and Link Building.
- Good knowledge of SEO tools and Google Search Console/Analytics.
- Awareness of the latest AI developments and their impact on SEO and search marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent research and learning ability.
- Highly energetic, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions.
- Aggressive in terms of goals, execution, and learning - with a strong drive to achieve results.
- Curious about new technologies and willing to experiment with new SEO and AI strategies.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
