Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Arabic & English Translator to support our UAE-based operations. The candidate will be responsible for translating and reviewing various documents and communications while maintaining accuracy, clarity, confidentiality, and professional language standards.

The selected candidate may work with different departments and divisions based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate documents and communications between Arabic and English.
- Handle letters, certificates, reports, official documents, and business correspondence.
- Review and proofread translations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure proper grammar, terminology, formatting, and meaning are maintained.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding translation requests and deadlines.
- Handle confidential client and company documents professionally.
- Assist with customer communications and business correspondence when required.




- Maintain organized digital records of translated documents.
- Support documentation and other backend operational activities as needed.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent proficiency in Arabic and English – reading, writing, and speaking.
- Strong translation, proofreading, and communication abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and digital document handling.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional, responsible, and confidential approach to work.
- Previous experience in translation, documentation, customer support, or administrative work is an advantage.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Fluency in Arabic & English is mandatory.
- Relevant translation experience will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong language proficiency may also apply.
