Football Coach

Position: Football Coach
Job Location: Hadapsar, Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Football Coach to join our coaching team at Hadapsar, Pune. The candidate will be responsible for conducting structured football training sessions and helping players develop their technical, tactical, physical, and mental abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular football training sessions for children and young athletes.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate football training programs.
- Develop players' technical skills, tactical understanding, fitness, and game awareness.
- Monitor and evaluate player performance and progress.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a safe and positive training environment.
- Prepare players for matches, tournaments, and competitive opportunities.
- Maintain regular attendance and training records.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding player development, when required.
- Follow the coaching methodology, standards, and guidelines of The Vision Sports.





Eligibility & Qualifications

- Certification/Diploma in Football Coaching will be preferred.
- Relevant football playing or coaching experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with children and developing young athletes.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow a structured coaching system.
- Freshers with relevant football qualifications or playing experience can also apply.
