About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned AI/ML Engineer who can take ownership of building and delivering modern AI solutions, particularly around Generative AI, LLMs and intelligent AI agents.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working on real-world AI use cases rather than limiting their work to research or experimentation. You will be involved in solution design, prototyping, implementation and taking AI applications towards production.

What You'll Work On

- Build and productionize solutions using Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Develop applications around RAG, LLM orchestration, AI agents and workflow automation.
- Design solutions involving embeddings, vector search and AI/ML components.
- Experiment with current GenAI models, frameworks and cloud-based AI services.
- Develop PoCs and convert successful concepts into scalable solutions.
- Work on LLM integration, prompt engineering and model customization/fine-tuning.
- Establish robust approaches for model deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with business and technology teams to translate business problems into practical AI solutions.
- Provide technical direction and help establish engineering standards for AI/ML projects.




- Consider scalability, security, compliance and responsible AI throughout the development lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

- 8–12 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles.
- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Solid hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
- Experience delivering at least one or more practical GenAI solutions such as RAG applications, AI chatbots, automation platforms or domain-specific AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of embeddings, vector databases and AI solution architecture.
- Experience working with AI agents / agentic frameworks.
- Understanding of ML model deployment, monitoring and CI/CD practices.
- Exposure to at least one major cloud ecosystem — AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Working knowledge of ML libraries such as scikit-learn.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline.

Advantageous

Experience with TensorFlow or similar ML frameworks, enterprise-scale AI implementations, and AI security/compliance practices will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
