Civil Site Engineer – Residential & Commercial Projects

We are hiring a skilled Civil Site Engineer with 3–7+ years of experience in residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of site execution, construction activities, quality control, measurements, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute civil construction works as per drawings and project schedules.
- Monitor RCC, block work, plastering, flooring, painting, and finishing works.
- Check site measurements, quantities, materials, and workmanship.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labour teams.
- Ensure proper quality, safety, and timely completion of work.
- Manage manpower, materials, and daily site activities.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Assist with measurements, BOQs, billing, and quantity verification.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.

Requirements

- Qualification: B.E.



Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 3–7+ years in civil construction and site execution.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, measurements, and materials.
- Tamil-speaking candidates preferred.
- Ability to manage labour, subcontractors, and site activities.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Willing to work at different site locations across Chennai.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
