Job Description – IT Support Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible IT Support Specialist to manage day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support to employees, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure smooth functioning of computer systems and network services.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and basic network infrastructure.
- Manage user accounts, email IDs, access permissions, and system configurations.
- Perform regular data backup and assist with data recovery when required.
- Monitor system security, antivirus, and software updates.
- Maintain IT asset records and inventory.




- Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers for technical issues and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot basic server, networking, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT systems, assets, and support activities.
- Ensure IT systems are secure, updated, and available for business operations.

Requirements

- Education: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in IT Administration / IT Support.
- Good knowledge of Windows, MS Office, hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, routers, switches, and printers.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
