The Role

GetSetGo is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to independently manage confirmed domestic and international travel bookings. You will take ownership of the client's journey from the moment a sale is confirmed until the trip is successfully completed.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Execution: Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transporters, and guides to execute FIT, group, corporate, and MICE bookings smoothly.
- Quality & Documentation: Verify rates, inclusions, and policies. Prepare accurate vouchers, itineraries, and travel documents.
- Supplier Management: Source and negotiate supplier rates, track payment deadlines, and reconfirm all services prior to travel.
- Trip Support: Handle amendments, date changes, last-minute requests, and resolve any on-ground supplier issues quickly.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on travel operations experience (Mandatory).
- Skills:



High attention to detail, strong follow-up, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously.
- Knowledge: Solid grasp of domestic/international destinations, DMCs, and supplier coordination.
- Tech: Highly comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, email/WhatsApp communication, and travel booking platforms.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
