CRMS Support Engineer -3

Qualification:

- Computer Science
- Information Technology (IT)
- Computer Applications (BCA / MCA)
- Engineering (BE / BTech — Computer, IT, Electronics & Communication)
- Or any related discipline with relevant technical training / certifications

Experience / Skills:

- 5+ years experience with Dynamics 365 CE (CRM)
- Understanding of Azure integrations, Dataverse
- Working knowledge of AngularJS for front-end customizations/integrations
- Experience with MS SharePoint (document management, list/library integrations with CRM)
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (report/dashboard creation and CRM data integration)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for Dynamics 365 CE and integrated systems.
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with dev teams on bug fixes, testing, and deployments.
- Support and maintain AngularJS-based front-end components integrated with CRM.
- Manage and troubleshoot MS SharePoint integrations with Dynamics 365 CE.




- Build and maintain Power BI reports/dashboards for CRM data and business insights.
- Maintain system documentation and ensure knowledge sharing.

Certifications:

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) (MB-910)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
- Basic understanding of Azure (AZ-900 is a plus)
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) — good to have
- Microsoft Certified: SharePoint (MS-500 / SC-400 or equivalent) — positive to have

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai, Mumbai District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
