About the Role

We are looking for motivated and communicative Medical Representatives / Sales Representatives to join our field team in Delhi/NCR.

This is a field-sales internship focused on building professional relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals and other healthcare professionals, while introducing them to our nutrition and wellness programs.

The role offers hands-on experience in healthcare sales, professional engagement, territory management and business development, making it suitable for fresh graduates as well as candidates with prior medical or healthcare sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Introduce and explain assigned nutrition and wellness programs to doctors, clinics and hospitals across Delhi/NCR.
- Build and maintain professional, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Plan and execute daily doctor calls, beat plans and territory coverage.
- Generate and follow up on qualified business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned weekly and monthly activity and sales targets.
- Track market feedback, competitor activity and relevant developments in the nutrition and healthcare space.
- Maintain accurate records of field visits, follow-ups and business activity.
- Submit regular field reports and updates to the reporting manager.




- Represent the organisation professionally and ethically during all field interactions.

Eligibility

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nutrition, Biotechnology, Microbiology or a related field.

Experience:

- 0–2 years of experience in Medical Representative, Healthcare Sales, Pharmaceutical Sales or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
