Social Media Management:

Manage and regularly update the company's Instagram account.

Create and post engaging content, including posts, stories and reels.

Monitor comments, messages and enquiries and respond professionally.

Coordinate with the internal team for content, offers and promotional activities.

Track social media enquiries and convert relevant enquiries into leads.

IndiaMART & Lead Management

Regularly monitor and handle IndiaMART enquiries and leads.

Contact new leads promptly through calls and messages.

Understand customer requirements and share relevant information.

Maintain proper records and follow up with potential customers.

Update lead status and ensure timely follow-ups Cold Calling

Introduce company products/services and understand customer requirements.

Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.

MS Excel & MIS:

Maintain customer, lead and calling databases in Excel.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.

Update lead status, follow-ups, conversions and pending activities.

Perform basic Excel functions such as sorting, filtering, formatting, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and basic formulas.





Maintain accurate and updated operational records.

Operations:

Handle day-to-day operational coordination and administrative activities.

Maintain proper documentation and records.

Support management with reports, data and operational updates.

Required Skills:

Positive verbal and written communication skills.

Hands-on experience with Instagram/Social Media Management.

Experience handling IndiaMART leads/enquiries.

Good cold-calling and follow-up skills.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.

Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
