Coordinate daily dispatch, transportation, and delivery activities.

Plan and schedule vehicles according to delivery requirements.

Coordinate with drivers, transporters, warehouse, sales, purchase, and service teams.

Prepare and maintain dispatch and delivery documents, including invoices, e-way bills, delivery

challans, LR/GR, etc.

Track vehicles and shipments and provide regular delivery updates.

Ensure timely delivery of materials to customers and project locations.

Follow up with transporters and drivers regarding delivery status.

Maintain records of vehicle details, trip sheets, fuel, freight, and transportation expenses.

Verify delivery documents and collect POD (Proof of Delivery) from customers.





Coordinate for loading and unloading of materials.

Monitor delays, damages, shortages, or other delivery-related issues and report them to the

concerned department.

Maintain proper logistics records and prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.

Coordinate return of materials, rejected goods, or damaged items when required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
