We manufacture high-quality plush toys and are looking for a dedicated, multi-skilled Store & Purchase Executive to handle combined store operations, material control, vendor management, and procurement activities.

Role Overview

The candidate will be solely responsible for overall store maintenance as per standard practices (5S, FIFO, material tagging), as well as vendor development, negotiation, purchase order management, and direct follow-ups with top management for key raw materials (fabric).

Key Responsibilities

- Standard Store Maintenance: Maintain proper store standards, cleanliness, layout optimization, and 5S guidelines. Ensure all items are properly tagged, binned, and stacked on pallets/racks.
- Material Receipt (Inward) & GRN: Inspect incoming shipments of fabric, stuffing fiber, thread, accessories, and packaging materials against purchase orders. Generate Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
- Material Issue (Outward): Issue raw materials to the production unit strictly against approved Material Requisition Slips.
- Stock Audit & Verification:



Conduct periodic physical stock audits (weekly/monthly) and reconcile physical stock with system/Excel records.
- FIFO System Implementation: Strictly enforce First-In, First-Out (FIFO) material movement to reduce inventory holding loss and wastage.
- Reorder Level Monitoring: Maintain inventory tracking to issue purchase alerts before materials reach minimum safety stock levels.
- Fabric Sourcing & Executive Follow-up: Coordinate directly with the Management/Director for core fabric procurement requirements and maintain regular daily follow-ups on fabric delivery timelines.
- General Raw Material Sourcing: Handle procurement for all non-fabric accessories (stuffing fiber, eyes, noses, zippers, threads, polybags, cartons, and labels).
- Vendor Management & Development: Continuously research, identify, and onboard current reliable vendors to ensure cost-effective, high-quality material sourcing.
- Negotiation & Purchase Orders: Obtain quotations, prepare price comparison sheets, negotiate rates/terms, and issue official Purchase Orders (POs).
- Invoice Verification: Perform 3-way matching of Invoice, PO, and GRN, and process verified vendor bills with the Accounts department.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
