Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline

Responsibilities:

● Operate and monitor chemical treatment equipment, ensuring that gauges, dials, and flow meters function accurately and safely throughout the production process.

● Respond promptly to warning signals or alarms, taking swift and appropriate action to mitigate any risks or operational issues.

● Adjust and control manual or semi-automatic machinery via control panels, valves, or input devices to maintain optimal process conditions.

● Collect and test chemical samples regularly to ensure process accuracy and adherence to product quality standards.

● Shut down or adjust machinery during emergencies following established safety protocols and supervisory directives.

● Adhere strictly to all health, safety,



and environmental policies to ensure compliance and prevent workplace incidents.

● Conduct routine inspections of machinery to detect signs of wear, damage, or corrosion, and report any concerns to the maintenance or supervisory team.

● Perform end-of-shift cleaning and maintenance of equipment to ensure readiness for the next operational cycle.
