System Administrator

We are looking for a skilled and responsible System Administrator to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot our organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and network. The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge and strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices.
- Monitor system performance, network connectivity, and IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system security.
- Perform system updates, patches, backups, and routine maintenance.
- Configure and maintain Windows/Linux operating systems.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues.
- Maintain IT asset and inventory records.
- Monitor system security and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and system configurations.





Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT support role.
- Good knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
- Basic understanding of networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and LAN/WAN.
- Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and user management is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
