Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate with workers and subcontractors, and ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and manpower.
- Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure proper execution of work.
- Ensure work is carried out according to project specifications and instructions.
- Track daily work progress and report updates to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and other site personnel.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
- Monitor work quality and identify any issues during execution.
- Maintain daily site records, attendance, and work progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and PPE requirements.




- Resolve routine site-level issues and coordinate for technical support when required.
- Ensure the site is maintained in an organized and safe manner.
- Support the project team in completing activities within the planned schedule.

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant technical discipline.
- 2–15+ years of experience in site supervision or project execution.
- Experience in supervising manpower and coordinating site activities.
- Valuable understanding of site procedures, safety practices, and work execution.
- Ability to read and understand basic drawings and technical documents.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project/site locations as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
