About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Social Media & Content Executive to take ownership of our Instagram and short-form content.

This is an in-person role based out of our showroom in New Delhi. You will work closely with the owner and team to turn our products, showroom, customer interactions and expertise into high-quality, engaging content that builds our brand and generates genuine customer enquiries.

We're looking for someone who genuinely understands Instagram and has a good eye for visuals, trends, storytelling and premium/luxury content.

What You'll Do

- Plan and create Instagram Reels, Stories and other short-form content
- Shoot product and showroom content using a phone/camera
- Edit Reels and other videos independently
- Develop fresh content ideas rather than simply following a posting calendar
- Manage our Instagram account and maintain consistent posting
- Write captions, hooks and CTAs
- Identify relevant Instagram trends and adapt them to our brand
- Create educational, entertaining and product-focused content
- Help showcase our products in a premium and compelling way
- Coordinate with influencers and content creators for collaborations
- Respond to and organize relevant Instagram enquiries
- Track basic content performance and identify what is actually working
- Continuously experiment with different formats, hooks and content styles

What We're Looking For

Must have:

- Strong understanding of Instagram and Reels




- Good visual sense and attention to detail
- Ability to shoot and edit short-form videos
- Strong understanding of what makes content engaging
- Positive communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable being around customers and working in a showroom environment
- Willingness to learn our products and understand our customers

Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, Lightroom or similar tools is a plus.

Experience in fashion, jewellery, luxury, beauty, lifestyle, hospitality, automobiles or other premium consumer brands is a plus, but not required.

Most Importantly

We're not looking for someone who simply knows how to post on Instagram.

We want someone who can look at a product and think:

“How can we turn this into a Reel that someone actually wants to watch?”

You should be comfortable experimenting, learning quickly and taking ownership of the content rather than waiting to be told exactly what to post.
