We are looking for an Agentic AI Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents capable of autonomously reasoning, planning, using tools, and completing multi-step tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, Python, APIs, RAG, vector databases, and AI automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI agents and multi-agent systems for real-world business use cases.
- Build agent workflows involving reasoning, planning, memory, tool usage, and decision-making.
- Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or other foundation models into applications.
- Develop AI systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent technologies.
- Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases.
- Integrate external tools, APIs, databases, SaaS platforms, and internal systems with AI agents.
- Develop reliable workflows with human-in-the-loop, guardrails, error handling, and fallback mechanisms.
- Optimize prompts, agent workflows, model selection, latency, and API costs.
- Evaluate AI agents for accuracy, reliability, hallucination, and task completion.
- Deploy and maintain AI applications in production environments.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify opportunities for AI automation.
- Stay updated with emerging developments in Agentic AI, LLMs, AI reasoning, and autonomous systems.

Required Skills

- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Strong understanding of LLMs and Generative AI.
- Experience building AI agents or agentic workflows.




- Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party integrations.
- Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and structured outputs.
- Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or SQL.
- Experience with Git and software development best practices.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks.
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and tool-based AI systems.
- Knowledge of AI evaluation and observability tools.
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with FastAPI or similar Python backend frameworks.
- Experience deploying LLM applications at scale.
- Understanding of multi-agent architectures and workflow orchestration.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, or software development.
- Candidates with robust hands-on Agentic AI projects may be considered even with less formal experience.
