- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
- Coordinate meetings with doctors, department heads, senior management, patients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, MIS reports, minutes of meetings, and follow-up trackers.
- Monitor and follow up on action points assigned by the Director to various departments.
- Coordinate with other departments as required.
- Prepare and consolidate departmental reports and key performance indicators for management review.
- Assist the Director in monitoring hospital operations, patient services, quality initiatives, and administrative matters.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive hospital, employee, patient, financial, and business information.
- Draft and review official correspondence, letters, emails, notices, and internal communications on behalf of the Director.
- Coordinate visits, conferences, inspections, audits, meetings, and special events involving the Director.
- Maintain organized records, documents, presentations, reports, and key correspondence.
- Track pending approvals, decisions, and critical operational issues and ensure timely closure.
- Support the Director in special projects, strategic initiatives, process improvement, and business development activities.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally and ensure effective communication.
- Assist in preparing presentations and management dashboards for leadership meetings.
- Handle confidential and priority assignments entrusted by the Director.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Director from time to time.
