Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Controller to oversee all financial and accounting activities of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, developing budgets, managing audits, and implementing financial controls in alignment with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:Financial Management & Reporting:

- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory law, financial regulations, and internal policies.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management.
- Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Develop financial models and projections for strategic planning.
- Track budget performance and provide variance analysis.

Internal Controls & Compliance:

- Design and implement robust internal control systems.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion.





Team Leadership & Development:

- Manage and develop the finance and accounting team.
- Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support to other departments on financial procedures.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management:

- Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds.
- Manage banking relationships and optimize the company’s financial position.

Qualifications:Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in a senior financial managerial position, preferably as a Financial Controller or Finance Manager.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), tax regulations, and financial reporting.

Skills:

- Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Reporting To:

- Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or Managing Director

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
