HR Manager

Location: Mohali, Punjab
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

About the Role
Enorme Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and responsible HR Manager to independently manage day-to-day HR operations and contribute to building an efficient, disciplined, and employee-friendly workplace.
The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle management, attendance and leave administration, payroll coordination, HR documentation, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
The ideal candidate should be confident in handling employees, coordinating with different departments, and working closely with management to ensure smooth HR operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Administration
- Manage complete day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
- Manage joining, onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and exit formalities.
- Ensure effective implementation of company policies, rules, SOPs, and HR procedures.
- Prepare HR letters, notices, circulars, reports, and other employee-related documents.
Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments and levels.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Prepare and update Job Descriptions as per organizational requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, consultants, and other channels.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain recruitment status, and follow up with selected candidates.
- Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation.
Attendance, Leave & Payroll
- Monitor daily attendance, late coming, absenteeism, leave, overtime, and working hours.
- Maintain accurate leave records and employee attendance reports.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing with the Accounts team.
- Verify payroll inputs including attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, and other salary-related information.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll coordination.
Employee Relations & Discipline
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns professionally.
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and disciplined work environment.
- Address disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies.
- Support management in resolving employee-related matters and conflicts.
- Ensure employees understand and follow company rules and regulations.
Performance Management
- Coordinate employee performance reviews and appraisal processes.
- Manage probation and confirmation processes.
- Maintain performance-related records and follow up with department heads.
- Assist managers in identifying performance and training requirements.
HR Compliance
- Maintain HR records and documentation required for statutory compliance.
- Coordinate applicable PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory requirements.
- Stay updated with applicable labour laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with external consultants and authorities whenever required.
Employee Engagement & Development
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Support employee training, induction, and development programs.
- Promote a skilled and positive workplace culture.
- Assist management in improving employee retention and overall employee satisfaction.
Exit & Full & Final Process
- Handle resignation and notice-period processes.
- Ensure proper handover of company assets, documents, and responsibilities.
- Coordinate exit interviews and clearance formalities.
- Coordinate full & final settlement with the Accounts team.
Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 5–10 years of relevant HR experience.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, FMCG, or a similar industry will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Good understanding of attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR/ERP software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong employee-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with management and multiple departments.
- Professional, mature, proactive, and confidential in handling employee matters.
