Job Role :

1.End-to-End QA Ownership :

- Own the overall QA delivery across all streams without requiring continuous direction.
- Ensure release commitments are met with adequate planning, risk assessment, and execution.
- Take accountability for delivery outcomes and proactively drive resolutions.

2. Strong Product Knowledge :

- Develop a thorough understanding of the PEC product and be able to confidently discuss product functionality with stakeholders.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of:

o Redox integrations
o SMART on FHIR integrations
o Organization Configurations
o Decoupling module functionality
o End-to-end business workflows

3. Complete Testing Visibility :

- Have a clear understanding of overall test coverage across the product.
- Be able to articulate test case coverage, regression scope, automation coverage, gaps, and associated risks at any point in time.




- Be prepared with QA metrics and dashboards that accurately reflect the health of the product and the quality of each release.

4. Proactive Planning :

- Anticipate upcoming releases, feature deliveries, dependencies, and potential challenges instead of reacting when issues arise.
- Engage with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders early to understand testing requirements and timelines.
- Mobilize the required QA resources in advance based on upcoming priorities and risks.

5. Stakeholder Communication :

- Represent QA confidently in discussions with internal teams and customers.
- Communicate risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans early, along with explicit recommendations.

6. Leadership :

- Guide the QA team, remove blockers, mentor team members, and drive continuous improvements in QA processes.
- Foster accountability and ensure the team is aligned with delivery priorities.
