We are looking for an experienced Consultant – Client Coordination & Commercial Documentation to manage and coordinate documentation, approvals, claims, and follow-ups with SBPDCL/NBPDCL.
The primary responsibility of this position will be to ensure timely completion of all formalities and documentation required for reimbursement/refund of ISD (Initial Security Deposit), release/refund of Security Deposit, Bank Guarantee (BG) matters, and other financial/commercial claims from the client.
The candidate will act as an key coordination point between our company, project/accounts teams, and concerned officials/departments of SBPDCL/NBPDCL.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with SBPDCL/NBPDCL officials and concerned departments for commercial and documentation-related matters.
- Handle the complete documentation process required for ISD reimbursement/refund.
- Coordinate and follow up for Security Deposit release/refund after completion of applicable contractual requirements.
- Coordinate documentation and formalities related to Bank Guarantees (BGs), including submission, extension, release, and return wherever applicable.
- Prepare, collect, verify, and submit required applications, letters, undertakings, declarations, certificates, and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper records of all submissions made to SBPDCL/NBPDCL and track their status until completion.
- Regularly follow up with concerned officials for approval, processing, reimbursement, release, and closure of pending claims.
- Identify missing documents or deficiencies in submissions and coordinate internally to arrange them promptly.
- Maintain a claim-wise and project-wise tracking sheet for ISD,
Security Deposit, BG and other outstanding commercial matters.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Project, Site and Management teams for required financial and technical documents.
- Assist in resolving documentation-related queries raised by the client.
- Visit client offices whenever required for submission, verification, clarification, and follow-up of documents.
- Maintain a systematic database of correspondence, approvals, receipts, acknowledgements, and pending actions.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding the status of pending reimbursements, deposits, BGs and other client-related matters.
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned client coordination and documentation activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Candidates with relevant experience in electrical infrastructure, power distribution, EPC or government projects will be preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in client coordination, government documentation, project commercial coordination or similar roles.
- Practical understanding of working with government departments/PSUs/power distribution companies.
- Strong documentation and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and preparation of official correspondence.
- Ability to independently track multiple pending matters and ensure timely closure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persistence and follow-up ability.
- Ability to coordinate effectively between internal teams and government/client officials.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
