Job Summary

Azure Database for PostgreSQL - L3 DBA

Key Responsibilities

- On-call incident response and break/fix support • Database provisioning, configuration, and environment management (Dev Prod pipeline) • Performance monitoring, tuning, and optimization • Patch management and version upgrades • Security hardening and best practices implementation — including role-based access control (RBAC), encryption at rest and in transit, audit logging, vulnerability assessments, and adherence to CIS PostgreSQL benchmarks • Disaster recovery planning and validation • Coordination with application and infrastructure teams
