Inside Sales Executive / HR Recruiter – UAE Overseas Hiring

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai — 5 minutes’ walk from Vashi Railway Station

Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | Work from Office

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on performance + Uncapped Incentives

⁠ ⁠Training will cover UAE recruitment processes, job profiles, candidate handling, calling techniques, CRM usage and sales processes.

Job Overview

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executives / HR Recruiters to join our UAE overseas recruitment team.

You will connect with job seekers in the UAE, understand their requirements, explain suitable job opportunities and employment packages, and assist them throughout the recruitment and placement process.

Freshers are welcome! Candidates with good English communication skills and a solid sales mindset are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Make outbound calls to UAE-based job seekers using provided leads and databases.

⁠ ⁠Explain available job vacancies, employment packages and recruitment processes.

⁠ ⁠Screen candidates based on communication skills, qualifications and visa status.

⁠ ⁠Follow up with interested candidates and schedule interviews.

⁠ ⁠Maintain candidate information, call records and follow-up status in the CRM.





⁠ ⁠Achieve daily calling and monthly performance targets.

⁠ ⁠Convert leads into successful candidate placements.

⁠ ⁠Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

⁠ ⁠Graduate / Undergraduate from any stream.

⁠ ⁠Freshers are welcome; experience in telecalling, sales, BPO or recruitment is an advantage.

⁠ ⁠Excellent spoken and written English.

⁠ ⁠Confident and persuasive communication skills.

⁠ ⁠Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.

⁠ ⁠Target-oriented and motivated to earn incentives.

⁠ ⁠Basic computer knowledge.

⁠ ⁠Comfortable working from the Vashi office.
