Hiring: Site Supervisor (Electrical Transmission & Civil Works)

Bhubaneswar, Odisha | Full-Time

Sailabala Associates is looking for an experienced and disciplined Site Supervisor to manage Electrical Work and associated civil activities across Odisha. Preferable Experience in 11Kv or 33Kv Voltage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Laying, Glanding, Termination of Cables.
- Installation of Electrical Equipment's & HT/LT Panels.
- Having a keen knowledge about Testing & Commissioning.
- Labour & Site management and productivity Management.
- Ensure Timely Completion of Work.
- Ensuring safety and quality standards at the site.
- Material control and prevention of wastage.
- Daily reporting with site photographs.
- Good Communication & Negotiation Skill.
- Coordination with engineers, vendors, and department officials.
- Support in measurement and billing preparation

Requirements:

- B. Tech/Diploma in Electrical or Civil Engineering





OR 2+ years of practical experience in Electrical & Civil Works Under any PUS or Govt. Organization or under any Similar Organization.

- Experience in Electrical & Related Civil works.
- Ability to handle labour independently.
- Willing to travel and stay at project sites across Odisha.
- Honest, disciplined, and result-oriented.

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)
TA & DA as per the project Requirement will be provided by the Organization,
