About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a client-focused approach, and a good understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing and other channels.
- Understand clients' requirements, budgets, and investment objectives.
- Recommend suitable residential and commercial properties based on client requirements.
- Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in successfully closing deals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on property projects, pricing, offers, and market trends.
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Candidate Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Property Sales / B2C Sales is preferred.
- Good knowledge of the real estate market and current property trends will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
- Good knowledge of the Delhi NCR real estate market will be preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain solid client relationships.
- Confident and professional approach when dealing with clients.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and property site visits.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
