- Supervise and assign daily duties to housekeeping staff.
- Inspect guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas for cleanliness.
- Ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared on time for guests.
- Check housekeeping standards and report maintenance issues.
- Train and guide housekeeping attendants and new employees.
- Monitor linen, towels, cleaning supplies, and other inventory.
- Coordinate with the Front Office regarding room status, check-ins, check-outs, and special requests.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance/Engineering team to resolve room defects.
- Handle guest complaints related to cleanliness and housekeeping services.
- Maintain housekeeping records, checklists, and daily reports.
- Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and security procedures.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Assist the Housekeeping Manager with daily operations and staff scheduling.
- Conduct regular inspections and take corrective action when standards are not met.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
