- Prepare, record, and post daily journal entries into the general ledger system.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and internal ledger transactions monthly.
- Assist in maintaining fixed asset schedules, prepaid expenses, and accrued liabilities.
- Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders, verify approvals, and prepare disbursement payments.
- Assist with customer billing, invoice generation, cash application, and monitoring overdue accounts.
- Respond to routine internal and vendor inquiries regarding payment status and invoice discrepancies.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
