Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Training & Compliance professional to support employee training, process adherence, and compliance initiatives within the US Healthcare/RCM domain.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering effective training, monitoring process compliance, identifying knowledge gaps, and working with Operations and Quality teams to improve overall process performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training programs for new joiners and existing employees.
- Develop and deliver training modules on US Healthcare and RCM processes.
- Conduct assessments, knowledge checks, and refresher training.
- Monitor adherence to SOPs, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Identify training and process gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct regular compliance checks and maintain related reports.
- Work closely with Operations, Quality, HR, and Management teams.
- Prepare and maintain training materials, assessments, trackers, and reports.
- Provide coaching and feedback to employees to improve process knowledge.
- Support process updates, new initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.





Required Skills & Experience

- 3–6 years of experience in US Healthcare/RCM Training, Quality, Compliance, or Operations.
- Strong knowledge of US Healthcare/RCM processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Good understanding of SOPs, process compliance, and quality standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
