We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with 4–8 years of relevant experience to work on live applications across the frontend, backend, databases, deployment, and DevOps lifecycle.

The role involves building, enhancing, deploying, and maintaining applications end to end, along with developing features that leverage AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and modern AI-assisted development tools.

This chance is well suited for someone from an IT or eLearning background who has experience shipping and maintaining multiple applications and is comfortable taking ownership across the technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers, to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications with a focus on performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code across frontend and backend components.
- Design and maintain databases, including data modelling, query optimisation, and migrations.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend technologies.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs, including backend services using FastAPI.
- Design and refine system and user prompts for AI/LLM-powered application features.
- Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into applications and explore practical use cases for generative AI.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools as part of the regular development workflow.
- Perform application testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation.
- Troubleshoot existing scripts and implement bug fixes, enhancements, and application redesigns where required.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.
- Support application deployment, hosting, monitoring,



and maintenance across different environments.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, development frameworks, AI tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–8 years of relevant Full Stack Development experience.
- Strong understanding of the complete web application development lifecycle, including OOP, design patterns, development, testing, and deployment.
- Strong frontend and backend development capabilities.
- Experience with REST APIs and FastAPI.
- Good understanding of databases, data modelling, optimisation, and migrations.
- Hands-on knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD.
- Exposure to AI/LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI-powered application development is highly desirable.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted development tools.
- Background in the IT or eLearning industry.
- Experience working on and successfully shipping multiple applications, rather than working primarily on a single long-term project.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to take ownership of applications and work independently when required.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who can own applications end to end, contribute beyond just writing code, and actively participate in development, deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Candidates who have worked across multiple live applications and are comfortable adopting AI/LLM technologies and AI-assisted development workflows will be preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
