- Oversee the overall maintenance and service requirements of JAES 108 Ambulances.
- Liaise with authorized/local workshops for servicing, mechanical repairs, bodywork, painting, and other vehicle-related jobs.
- Track vehicles sent for repair and ensure work is completed within the required timeline.
- Verify the work carried out by the workshop and check the condition and quality of replaced parts.
- Conduct post-repair vehicle inspections before putting ambulances back into service.
- Take regular feedback from ambulance drivers regarding vehicle condition and maintenance issues.
- Discuss and negotiate workshop quotations, labour charges, repair costs, and spare-part prices.
- Keep proper records of servicing, repairs, spare-parts replacement, and maintenance expenses.
- Monitor vehicle availability and take necessary action to reduce unnecessary vehicle downtime.
- Identify recurring or major maintenance issues and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management, automobile workshop operations, vehicle maintenance, or a similar role.
- Experience handling emergency vehicles, or ambulance fleets will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
