- Issue materials to site/department only against authorized Material Requisition / Issue Slip.
- Maintain daily records of opening stock, receipts, issues, returns and closing stock.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile physical stock with records/system.
- Immediately report shortages, excess stock, damaged materials or discrepancies to the concerned authority.
- Maintain proper records of tools, equipment and assets issued to employees/workers and ensure their return.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Engineers, Site Supervisors and Project Managers regarding material requirements and availability.
- Ensure materials are issued according to project requirements and avoid unnecessary consumption and wastage.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports and material consumption reports as required.
- Maintain proper documentation of material transfers between sites/stores.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized and secure, with proper safety and fire-prevention measures.
- Maintain records of obsolete,



damaged and scrap materials and report them for appropriate disposal.
- Perform any other store-related duties assigned by the management/project authority.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate / Diploma / ITI or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 01-03 years of experience in construction/site stores preferred.
- Knowledge of construction materials, tools, consumables and equipment.
- Good knowledge of stock management and inventory control.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate stock and material reconciliation.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Honest, responsible and capable of working independently at a construction site.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
