- Receive raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and other materials from suppliers and verify them against purchase orders, delivery challans, and other relevant documents.
- Check quantity, condition, batch number, expiry date, and other details of incoming materials.
- Arrange and store materials systematically in designated locations.
- Follow FIFO / FEFO principles for inventory movement, wherever applicable.
- Issue materials to Production, QA/QC, Maintenance, and other departments against approved material requisitions.
- Maintain proper stock records and ensure physical stock matches system records.
- Assist in regular stock verification and cycle counting.
- Identify and report damaged, expired, excess, shortage, or slow-moving materials to the Store Supervisor.
- Ensure proper identification and labelling of materials and storage locations.
- Maintain proper segregation of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, rejected materials, and other inventory.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping of the store and warehouse area.
- Follow company GMP, food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and quality requirements.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain required store documents, registers, GRN-related records, material issue records, and stock movement records.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, QA/QC, and Accounts teams regarding material requirements and discrepancies.
- Support monthly/periodic inventory stock-taking activities.
- Ensure materials are stored according to specified temperature, humidity,



and other storage requirements, where applicable.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment and handling tools safely, as authorized.
- Report any safety hazards, pest activity, leakage, contamination, or storage issues immediately to the concerned supervisor.
- Perform other store and warehouse-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Educational Qualification

- Minimum: Plus Two / Higher Secondary
- ITI / Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management,
- 0–2 years of experience in Stores/Warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG, food manufacturing, or a related industry.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn may also be considered.
