About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to help local businesses discover and use our project to reach more customers in their own neighbourhood.

The ideal candidate should be confident in meeting business owners, explaining our platform, building relationships, and converting leads into active business partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach local businesses, shops, service providers, and professionals.
- Explain the benefits of the project and its local marketing solutions.
- Visit businesses and conduct face-to-face product demonstrations.
- Generate leads and convert them into registered business customers.
- Help businesses create and manage their profiles, offers, and promotional campaigns.
- Promote the use of gift vouchers, local offers, and customer engagement features.
- Maintain regular relationships with business owners.
- Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales and business onboarding targets.
- Collect market feedback and share insights with the management team.
- Maintain daily activity reports and customer records.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree.




- 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or field marketing.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently approach and speak with business owners.
- Willingness to travel locally and work in the field.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and internet applications.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Knowledge of the local language is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in local business sales or marketing.
- Ability to demonstrate mobile apps or websites.
- Positive communication skills Tamil or English
- Existing relationships with local businesses is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
