Team Manager – Dealing

Location: Rajkot

Experience: 8–9+ Years

Team Handling: 2–3+ Years

CTC: Up to ₹13 Lacs (Offer will be based on your current CTC & total years of experience)

Designation: AVP/DVP

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of dealers & drive brokerage
- Advise clients on equity investments & trading ideas
- Build robust client relationships & generate new business
- Drive team targets, revenue & client activation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

Graduate / Post Graduate

Strong communication & people management skills

Result-oriented with strong networking & relationship-building skills.
