Fundraising Executive
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential donors, corporates, CSR organizations, and foundations.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new donors.
- Conduct fundraising through calls, meetings, emails, and social media.
- Prepare basic fundraising proposals and presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and achieve fundraising targets.
- Maintain donor records and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements:
- Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive convincing, networking, and follow-up abilities.
- Experience in fundraising, sales, business development, NGO, or CSR is preferred.
- Passion for social service and willingness to work with targets.
Salary: ₹8000 to 20000+ performance incentives.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
