Lifespark Technologies is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Inside Sales Associate to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our leads have the right information and the team are equipped to close deals fast and smoothly. As our primary point of contact with customers, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy and a strong understanding of the user journey for customers

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services and identify sales opportunities.
- Assess customer needs and requirements to recommend appropriate products/services.
- Follow up on leads, engage with potential customers, and convert leads into sales through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.
- Provide guidance and support to potential customers by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing detailed information about our devices and their advantages.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Clinical, Production and Customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.




- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities and communicate to the management.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions.

Essential experience and requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with diverse individuals and groups.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and resilient.
- Empathy and sensitivity when dealing with individuals diagnosed with patients and their families.

Location : IIT Bombay, Mumbai

Working mechanism : In-person, Mon-Sat 9am-5pm

Fixed + variable compensation at the higher end of market standards.
