Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Design:

- Develop project plans, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, based on project specifications and client requirements.

- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems into the overall project design.

2. Technical Oversight:

- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documents.

- Ensure that designs comply with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.

- Perform calculations for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

3. Project Coordination:

- Manage and coordinate the MEP installation process across various teams.

- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.

4. Budget and Resource Management:

- Prepare project budgets and estimates, ensuring that costs align with approved budgets.

- Procure materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-efficiency.

- Manage subcontractor agreements and negotiate pricing when necessary.

5. Quality Control & Safety:

- Ensure that all MEP installations meet quality standards.





- Implement safety measures in office to protect workers and comply with regulations.

- Conduct inspections and testing of systems before final handover to ensure everything functions properly.

6. Problem-Solving:

- Address any issues or challenges that arise during the construction phase.

- Propose solutions to keep the project on track and within budget.

7. Documentation & Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of all project-related documentation.

- Prepare and submit regular project reports, including progress updates, cost analyses, and any variations in design or scope.

- Ensure proper project handover, including documentation of all systems and their operation.

8. Sustainability & Energy Efficiency:

- Incorporate energy-efficient and sustainable technologies into MEP designs.

- Stay updated on advancements in green building practices and apply them where possible.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
