About the Role

Akasa Finance Limited is looking for energetic, responsible, and target-oriented candidates to join our Sales & Collection team. The selected candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, loan-related field activities, customer support, and timely collection of outstanding payments.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new customers and promote the company's financial products.
- Conduct field visits and support customer onboarding.
- Manage customer relationships and provide proper service.
- Follow up with customers for timely loan repayments.
- Handle collection activities and resolve customer payment-related queries.
- Maintain daily reports and update collection and sales records.
- Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
- Coordinate with the team and report daily activities to the supervisor.





Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: Graduate.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and MS Excel.
- Willingness to work in the field.
- Ability to learn quickly and take responsibility.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Local candidates from Siliguri and nearby areas are preferred.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
