Omivian Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller cum Social Media Executive to join our Patna office.

This is a great opportunity for freshers and interns who want to build practical experience in telecalling, customer communication, social media management, digital marketing and technology services.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain our company's products and digital/technology services to customers.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain basic customer and lead records.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Manage and update social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp.
- Create and publish basic social media content, posts and reels.
- Assist in planning social media campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages.
- Support the team in lead generation and digital marketing activities.

Requirements

- Freshers and interns are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.
- Confident while speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp.
- Basic computer knowledge.




- Willingness to learn digital marketing and recent technology.
- Positive attitude and ability to work from office.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales or social media is an advantage but not mandatory.
