Job Overview

FLY Network is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Consultant to work closely with entrepreneurs and business owners, understand their business challenges, identify growth opportunities, and support them in implementing practical business strategies.

The ideal candidate should have strong business understanding, communication skills, analytical ability, and a passion for helping businesses improve their systems, sales, marketing, finance, team performance, and overall growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand clients' business models, challenges, goals, and growth requirements.
- Conduct business assessments and identify key gaps and growth opportunities.
- Support entrepreneurs in developing practical business strategies and action plans.
- Work with clients on areas such as business systems, sales, marketing, finance, HR, operations, branding, and leadership.
- Coordinate with FLY's expert trainers and consultants based on client requirements.
- Monitor implementation of recommended strategies and action plans.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and track progress.
- Prepare business review reports and performance updates.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend suitable solutions.
- Help clients improve accountability, processes, and execution.
- Maintain accurate client records, reports, and documentation.
- Build strong, professional relationships with entrepreneurs and business owners.
- Support client retention, engagement, and long-term business growth.
- Participate in workshops, meetings, consultations, and business review sessions.

- Number of client consultations completed
- Client follow-up and engagement rate
- Action-plan implementation rate
- Client retention and satisfaction
- Business review/report completion
- Achievement of client-specific milestones




- Timely identification and resolution of business gaps
- New client conversion/support to business development
- Quality and accuracy of consulting reports

Required Skills

- Strong business and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills
- Ability to understand business data and prepare reports

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in business consulting, business development, sales, operations, management, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers with strong business knowledge, communication skills, and a willingness to learn may also apply.
