Speakify is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. This role provides hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and HR administration.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various openings.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare basic reports.
- Assist the HR team with daily administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.




- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop a career in Human Resources.
- Candidates residing near Nadakkave, Calicut will be preferred.
