Job Description — Sales Coordinator

Position: Sales Coordinator / Inside Sales Executive
Location: Lihigaon (Kamptee), Nagpur
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Inside Sales / Pre-Sales

Languages preferred: Telugu speaking

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer inquiries through phone, email and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information and support.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, telecalling and follow-ups.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the field sales team for lead sharing, customer requirements and sales follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate customer, lead and sales information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate internally for quotations, orders, dispatches and customer requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-up with dealers, distributors, retailers and prospective customers.
- Prepare sales reports, follow-up reports and other MIS as required.




- Track pending inquiries and ensure timely closure.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Maintain valuable relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Escalate customer complaints or issues to the concerned department and ensure resolution.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and CRM software.
- Ability to maintain sales records and prepare reports.
- Proactive, organized and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with field sales and internal departments.
- Experience in pipes, fittings, water tanks, plumbing products or building materials would be an advantage.

Pay: ₹11,532.08 - ₹31,318.16 per month
