We are looking for a Sales & CRM Assistant to support our software sales team in handling clients, managing leads, proposals and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client enquiries and maintain regular communication.
- Manage leads and client information in the CRM.
- Prepare and send proposals, quotations and other sales documents.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the sales and development teams.
- Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
- Track follow-ups, pending proposals and ongoing opportunities.
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day coordination and client requirements.
- Maintain proper records of client communications and meeting outcomes.

Required Skills

- Good communication and client-handling skills.




- Basic understanding of software/web development services.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM and other business tools.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple clients and tasks.

Plus

- Experience with HubSpot CRM.
- Previous experience in software/IT sales or a similar role.
- Knowledge of preparing software proposals and quotations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
