Location: Guwahati

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Representatives (FMCG) to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

- Visit retail shops and distributors on a daily basis.
- Generate orders and ensure timely product delivery.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and customers.
- Monitor product availability and stock levels.
- Ensure proper product display and merchandising at retail outlets.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer demand.
- Submit daily sales reports through the company's mobile app/system.

Required Skills

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and sales applications.
- Good time management and route planning skills.




- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Eligibility

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Prior FMCG sales experience is mandatory.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
