Job Summary:
The Facility Management Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily facility operations, maintaining the cleanliness, safety, security, and functionality of the premises, and coordinating facility staff and service providers.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, and support staff.
- Monitor daily facility operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Assign duties and prepare work schedules for facility staff.
- Inspect the premises regularly for cleanliness, safety, and maintenance issues.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Ensure timely completion of repair and maintenance work.
- Monitor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, equipment, and other facility systems.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, staff attendance, and facility issues.
- Handle complaints and resolve facility-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning materials, tools, and facility supplies.
- Report major maintenance or operational issues to management.
- Conduct regular staff briefings and ensure proper work discipline.




- Support emergency preparedness and safety procedures.
- Prepare daily/weekly facility operation reports.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
