Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain customer insurance accounts and policy information.
- Assist clients with policy inquiries, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and other servicing needs.
- Explain insurance coverage, policy terms, premiums, deductibles, and available options to customers.
- Prepare and process insurance applications, quotes, documentation, and policy changes.
- Follow up with clients regarding renewals, outstanding documents, payments, and policy requirements.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers, agents, underwriters, and other internal departments.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products or coverage options.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in company systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a timely and qualified manner.




- Assist with claims-related questions and coordinate with the appropriate claims teams when required.
- Ensure all account activities comply with company policies, insurance regulations, and applicable procedures.
- Support customer retention and identify opportunities for additional products or services.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
