Position: Production Supervisor
Industry: Sheet Metal / Manufacturing
Location: Dera Bassi, Punjab

Qualification

- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred

Experience

- 2–4 Years relevant experience in Production / Manufacturing
- Experience in Manpower Handling & Shop Floor Management
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel & Production Reports

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor daily production activities
- Handle manpower and allocate work efficiently
- Achieving daily production targets and maintaining workflow
- Monitor quality, productivity, and discipline on the shop floor
- Prepare and maintain production reports in MS Excel
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, PPC, and Maintenance teams

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
(Based on experience & interview)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
