Key Responsibilities:

Production Support:

- Assist in scheduling and monitoring machining operations for castings.
- Co-ordinate with planning and production departments to ensure raw castings are available for machining.
- Follow up on work orders and daily production targets.

Process Monitoring:

- Ensure that standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed on the shop floor.
- Monitor machine utilization, cycle times and downtime.
- Escalate any production or quality-related issues to an In-charge – Machine Shop.

Quality & Compliance:

- Ensure that machined parts meet dimensional and surface finish requirements as per drawing.
- Support in maintaining 5S, ISO and safety standards on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with Quality Control for casting inspection and in-process checks.

Inventory and Materials:

- Assist in tracking materials – raw castings, cutting tools, inserts, jigs and fixtures.
- Ensure that tools and consumables are available and maintained.




- Co-ordinate with stores for timely issue and receipt of materials.

Documentation & Reporting:

- Post MIS & Daily Performance reports in an Official Whastapp groups
- Maintain records of production output, tool usage, downtime, and machine logs.
- Support in preparing daily/weekly production reports.
- Update job cards, route sheets, and inspection reports.
- Co-ordinate with Directors for getting necessary approvals

Team Coordination:

- Support the shop floor team by resolving day-to-day issues and ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with CNC/VMC/HMC operators and setters.
- Assist in operator training and skill development as required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
